How the model would work

LJ will recruit, train, monitor and supervise all advisors for the new company and provide monthly management information. Whilst we will source and recruit all advisers, our partner's firm would have the final say on the appointment of every new adviser. We will maximise the efficiency of advisers, whilst ensuring your clients' interests are always put first.

Full compliance, 100% file checking - All advisers will be risk-graded and have continuous individual supervision from ourselves.

Full administration and paraplanning support provided in-house - This is the area where many firms and advisers expend most time and cost. Our systems provide advisers with complete support, both pre- and post-advice. This enables them to spend more time on client relationships and also increases compliance security.

In addition, we have an ongoing marketing programme which can be made available to Joint Venture clients, with JV branded newsletters each quarter for example, to maximise opportunities and maintain effective client communication.

All advisers in the joint venture will benefit from our ongoing in-house training programme and will be encouraged and assisted to take and pass the CII chartered exams, enabling their technical competence to be not only maintained, but continually improved, again ensuring greater compliance security and best advice for clients.

We have developed various systems to maximise the service to clients, e.g. a proven Portfolio Advisory Service and use of the latest WRAP technology. All of these will be available to and labelled as the joint venture.
